Amazon Repricing Intelligence
Inventory Optimizer analyses every SKU’s stock health and automatically recommends the right price — so you maximize margin when demand outpaces supply, and clear overstock before FBA fees eat your profits.
See how your calculated prices differ from Amazon ones.
Inventory is dangerously low compared to high demand. Premium pricing strategies are recommended to slow depletion.
The problem
Static prices leave money on the table when you’re understocked, and trap capital when you’re overstocked. The right price changes constantly — and most sellers have no system to keep up.
When a product is flying off the shelves and stock is dwindling, your current price may be too low. A modest price increase captures extra margin, slows sell-through, and can even protect your Buy Box ranking while you wait for replenishment.
Excess inventory ties up capital, accumulates FBA storage fees, and risks aged-inventory penalties. A targeted price reduction accelerates sell-through before costs compound. Manual identification of which SKUs need cuts is nearly impossible at scale.
Some SKUs stop selling entirely — yet they continue accruing storage fees. Without a system flagging them, sellers often miss the window to liquidate at a meaningful price and end up with removal orders or aged-inventory fees instead.
With hundreds or thousands of ASINs, manually reviewing each one’s inventory health and adjusting prices accordingly is a full-time job. Even the most diligent seller or analyst can only review a fraction of their catalog daily.
How it works
Every recommendation is driven by your real, live inventory health — not generic market data. Your stock levels determine your optimal price.
Inventory Optimizer pulls your live stock data from Amazon Seller Central, including on-hand FBA quantity, daily sales rate, and 30/90-day velocity.
Every SKU is scored across 7 inventory health segments — from Critical Understock to No Demand — using your actual days-of-supply and sales trends.
The system calculates a Suggested Price for each SKU, applying guardrail rules to ensure no change exceeds safe boundaries set by you.
Review recommendations in the dashboard, bulk-apply with one click, or upload custom prices via CSV. Accepted prices sync directly to Amazon Seller Central.
The Three Signals
Inventory Optimizer doesn’t give vague suggestions. Each SKU gets a clear, quantified direction backed by its specific inventory condition.
These products are selling faster than you can replenish them. A price increase captures extra margin and extends your runway — buying time for restock to arrive without going fully out of stock.
These products have more inventory than demand can absorb. A targeted price reduction accelerates sell-through, frees up FBA storage, and puts cash back in your pocket before fees mount.
These products have healthy inventory or require human judgment. Either stock is balanced and no pricing action is needed, or data is missing and a quick review is flagged for your attention.
Pricing Logic by Segment
No two inventory situations are the same. Each segment has a purpose-built pricing response that reflects the real economic reality of that stock position.
| Inventory Health | Price Signal | Typical Adjustment | Why It Works |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stock Out – High Demand | ↑ Increase | +15% | Demand exceeds supply — premium pricing is justified and slows depletion |
| Critical Understock | ↑ Increase | +12% | Stockout imminent — protect margin and buy time for replenishment |
| Moderate Understock | ↑ Increase | +7% | Trending toward shortage — a modest increase captures margin upside |
| Mild Understock | ↑ Increase | +3% | Early signal — a small increase proactively manages sell-through rate |
| Critical Overstock | ↓ Decrease | -5% | Significant excess inventory — accelerate sell-through to reduce FBA fees |
| High Overstock | ↓ Decrease | -2% | Above ideal stock levels — a light reduction nudges demand up |
| No Demand | ↓ Decrease | -5% | Zero sales velocity — price reduction is the primary lever to reactivate demand |
Price Guardrails
Every suggested price is constrained by a set of rules that prevent runaway changes, protect your competitive positioning, and ensure no price ever violates your defined floor or ceiling.
