The problem

Amazon pricing decisions made on gut feel cost sellers thousands every month.

Static prices leave money on the table when you’re understocked, and trap capital when you’re overstocked. The right price changes constantly — and most sellers have no system to keep up.

Understock = Missed Margin

When a product is flying off the shelves and stock is dwindling, your current price may be too low. A modest price increase captures extra margin, slows sell-through, and can even protect your Buy Box ranking while you wait for replenishment.

Overstock = Bleeding Cash

Excess inventory ties up capital, accumulates FBA storage fees, and risks aged-inventory penalties. A targeted price reduction accelerates sell-through before costs compound. Manual identification of which SKUs need cuts is nearly impossible at scale.

No Demand = Dead Weight

Some SKUs stop selling entirely — yet they continue accruing storage fees. Without a system flagging them, sellers often miss the window to liquidate at a meaningful price and end up with removal orders or aged-inventory fees instead.

Manual Repricing Doesn't Scale

With hundreds or thousands of ASINs, manually reviewing each one’s inventory health and adjusting prices accordingly is a full-time job. Even the most diligent seller or analyst can only review a fraction of their catalog daily.

How it works

Inventory Data In. Smart Prices Out.

Every recommendation is driven by your real, live inventory health — not generic market data. Your stock levels determine your optimal price.

Step 1 — Sync

Sync your inventory from Seller Central

Inventory Optimizer pulls your live stock data from Amazon Seller Central, including on-hand FBA quantity, daily sales rate, and 30/90-day velocity.

  • FBA on-hand quantity
  • Daily sales rate
  • 30/90-day velocity
  • Real-time stock data
Step 2 — Assess

Every SKU gets a health assessment

Every SKU is scored across 7 inventory health segments — from Critical Understock to No Demand — using your actual days-of-supply and sales trends.

  • Critical Understock
  • Moderate Understock
  • Critical Overstock
  • No Demand
Step 3 — Recommend

A suggested price is calculated for every SKU

The system calculates a Suggested Price for each SKU, applying guardrail rules to ensure no change exceeds safe boundaries set by you.

  • Suggested price per SKU
  • ±15% guardrail applied
  • Min/max boundaries respected
  • 7 segment logic
Step 4 — Apply

Review, apply, and sync to Seller Central

Review recommendations in the dashboard, bulk-apply with one click, or upload custom prices via CSV. Accepted prices sync directly to Amazon Seller Central.

  • Bulk apply with one click
  • CSV upload option
  • Edit individual prices
  • Syncs to Seller Central

The Three Signals

Every SKU gets one of three pricing directives.

Inventory Optimizer doesn’t give vague suggestions. Each SKU gets a clear, quantified direction backed by its specific inventory condition.

Price Increase

367 items understocked

These products are selling faster than you can replenish them. A price increase captures extra margin and extends your runway — buying time for restock to arrive without going fully out of stock.

  • Stock Out High Demand
    +15% 35 items
  • Critical Understock
    +12% 209 items
  • Moderate Understock
    +7% 70 items
  • Mild Understock
    +3% 53 items

Price Decrease

2,136 items overstocked

These products have more inventory than demand can absorb. A targeted price reduction accelerates sell-through, frees up FBA storage, and puts cash back in your pocket before fees mount.

  • Critical Overstock
    -5% 658 items
  • High Overstock
    -2% 201 items
  • No Demand
    -5% 1,277 items

Maintain / Review

1,649 items

These products have healthy inventory or require human judgment. Either stock is balanced and no pricing action is needed, or data is missing and a quick review is flagged for your attention.

  • Balanced
    Hold 85 items
  • Missing Price
    Review 1,547 items
  • Dead Stock
    Review 17 items
  • Stock Out Restocking
    Hold 0 items

Pricing Logic by Segment

Seven health states. Seven distinct pricing strategies.

No two inventory situations are the same. Each segment has a purpose-built pricing response that reflects the real economic reality of that stock position.

Inventory Health Price Signal Typical Adjustment Why It Works
Stock Out – High Demand Increase +15% Demand exceeds supply — premium pricing is justified and slows depletion
Critical Understock Increase +12% Stockout imminent — protect margin and buy time for replenishment
Moderate Understock Increase +7% Trending toward shortage — a modest increase captures margin upside
Mild Understock Increase +3% Early signal — a small increase proactively manages sell-through rate
Critical Overstock Decrease -5% Significant excess inventory — accelerate sell-through to reduce FBA fees
High Overstock Decrease -2% Above ideal stock levels — a light reduction nudges demand up
No Demand Decrease -5% Zero sales velocity — price reduction is the primary lever to reactivate demand

Price Guardrails

Smart recommendations. Bulletproof boundaries.

Every suggested price is constrained by a set of rules that prevent runaway changes, protect your competitive positioning, and ensure no price ever violates your defined floor or ceiling.

  • 15% Maximum Change Rule — Suggested prices are always within 15% above or below your current price, preventing extreme swings from any single recommendation.
  • Custom Min & Max Floors/Ceilings — Set a Minimum and Maximum price per SKU. The system will never recommend outside these bounds — protecting you from pricing below cost or above market.
  • Smart Default Ceilings — If no Max Price is set, the system calculates one automatically: Your Price × 6, with a $200 floor. Sensible defaults, zero configuration required.
  • 30% Max Ceiling Override — When uploading a custom Suggested Max, it cannot exceed 30% above your current Max Price — keeping ceiling adjustments gradual and safe.
  • Override Any Recommendation — The system suggests, you decide. Accept as-is, edit the price, or upload your own via CSV. Your price is always the final word.
Price Guardrail — ±15% Rule
Suggested Price must be within ±15% of Your Price
–15% Floor Safe Zone +15% Ceiling
Your Price = $100 → Suggested Price must be between $85 and $115
Max Price = $100 → Uploaded Suggested Max cannot exceed $130 (30% above)
Auto Ceiling: Your Price = $50 → $50 × 6 = $300 default Max. If <$200, ceiling is set to $200.
All system prices are editable — accept, edit, or upload custom prices via CSV at any time.

  • Custom Min/Max via CSV — Override price boundaries per SKU in bulk. Set tighter floors for hero products or wider ceilings for premium items — all in one file.
  • SKU Changes Log — Every price change is tracked: what changed, when, whether it was user-edited or system-generated. Full audit trail for your records.
  • History Logs — Filter by actor, status, and date range to see exactly what happened across your pricing history. Never lose context on why a price changed.

Per-SKU Intelligence

Every recommendation packed by deep sales & inventory data.

Repricing decisions aren’t made in a vacuum. Every suggested price is informed by a comprehensive dataset including sales velocity, inventory levels, buy box pricing, and demand trends.

  • Daily Sales Rate — Real-time velocity data tells the system exactly how fast each SKU is moving, enabling precise days-of-supply calculations.
  • 30, 90-Day & YTD Units Sold — Historical sales context prevents over-reacting to short-term spikes or dips — the system sees the full picture.
  • New Buy Box Price — Always know where competitors are priced. Recommendations factor in competitive context so your prices stay market-smart.
  • On-Hand & FBA Quantity — Recommendations are based on your actual fulfillable inventory, not just what’s listed.
  • 14 International Marketplaces — Visibility across UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and India all in one view.
  • Sale Price & Business Price — Full price context including promotional and B2B pricing ensures recommendations account for your complete pricing stack.
